Delivery & Shipping

Sybarite Accessories is an online store. We do not have a physical retail shop. All orders are placed on this website and fulfilled from Johannesburg, South Africa.

Collection in Person (Johannesburg Only)

If you are in Johannesburg, you may collect your order from Glenesk, Johannesburg by appointment only. Please contact us via WhatsApp on 072 750 6627 or email orders@sybarite.co.za to arrange a collection time before placing your order.

Delivery Options & Fees

1. PUDO Locker-to-Locker (Recommended)

PUDO is South Africa’s parcel locker network — affordable, secure, and convenient. Drop off and collect at your nearest PUDO locker, available at major petrol stations, retail centres, and transport hubs nationwide.

  • Extra-Small (up to 1 kg): R59
  • Small (up to 2 kg): R79
  • Medium (up to 5 kg): R99
  • Large (up to 10 kg): R139

2. Paxi at Pep (Budget-Friendly)

Send and collect parcels at your nearest Pep store. Ideal if you have a Pep store nearby. Paxi is one of the most affordable delivery options in South Africa.

  • Parcel up to 7 kg: R60- R99(depending on size)
  • Available at over 2 500 Pep stores nationwide

Important: When selecting Paxi Pep at checkout, you must provide your nearest Pep store Paxi point code or full store address. Orders cannot be dispatched via Paxi without a valid Paxi point code. Find your nearest Paxi point: paxi.co.za

3. Door-to-Door Courier

Available for areas not covered by PUDO or Paxi Pep, or when you prefer home delivery.

  • Gauteng (major cities): R120
  • Other major cities (Cape Town, Durban, Port Elizabeth): R130 – R150
  • Outlying / rural areas: R150 – R200

Exact fee calculated at checkout based on your address.

Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation.
  • Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email or WhatsApp.

Delivery Timeframes (after dispatch)

  • PUDO Locker: 1–3 business days
  • Paxi at Pep: 6-9business days
  • Door-to-Door — Gauteng: 2–3 business days
  • Door-to-Door — other cities: 3–5 business days
  • Door-to-Door — outlying / rural: 5–7 business days

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 14 days of receipt, provided items are unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

  • Due to hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
  • Damaged or defective items must be reported within 7 days of receipt — please email us with photos.
  • Refunds are issued as a store voucher. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
