Delivery & Shipping

We ship across South Africa via reputable couriers. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation.

Delivery Timeframes

• Gauteng: 2–4 business days
• Other major cities (Cape Town, Durban, etc.): 3–5 business days
• Outlying/rural areas: 5–7 business days

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Free shipping promotions are applied automatically when eligible.

Collection

At this stage we do not offer in-store collection, but please contact us if you are in Johannesburg and would like to arrange an alternative.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 14 days of receipt, provided items are unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

• Due to hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
• Damaged or defective items must be reported within 7 days of receipt — please email us with photos.
• Refunds are issued as a store voucher. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
