Ordering & Delivery

We are an online store — we do not have a physical shop. All orders are placed on this website and delivered to you.

If you are in Johannesburg and prefer to collect in person, collection is available from Glenesk, Johannesburg by appointment only. Please WhatsApp or email us to arrange a collection time before placing your order.

Delivery Options

  • PUDO Locker-to-Locker — Collect from any PUDO locker. Affordable and convenient. Find your nearest locker at pudo.co.za.
  • Paxi at Pep — Send and collect parcels at your nearest Pep store. Find your nearest Pep Paxi point at paxi.co.za.
  • Door-to-Door Courier — Available for areas not covered by PUDO or Paxi Pep.

Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your selected delivery method and location.
